Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Certain categories of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

CDs, DVDs, cassettes, software, video games, vinyl records, or any item that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us by email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout, or if the gift giver received the order before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
